The staff at RGT is excellent. Great customer service. Craig, the service writer, went out of his way to track down the right lug nuts when they mounted my new wheels. My truck has a very quirky TPMS system and they paid particular attention to make sure the wheel and TPMS swap was successful. These guys know their stuff. Highly Recommend!

When Alpio owned this company years ago, it’s the only place I would go to. Great staff and very trustworthy tire quotes and repairs. Recently my 86 year old mother took her car there to get a tire replaced after she caught the parking block corner and it damaged it.. When I visited her a few days later, and was shocked to see a 4k service bill for just about everything they could do. Oil change, radiator flush, brake fluid replacement, to name a few.. Honestly, she drives like 5 miles a week tops.. Well, made calls to the company, no real response.. Long story short, she had issues with the tire again, and they did repair it promptly. HOWEVER, when she returns from the repair, she shows me a quote for the exact repairs they did prior saying it was highly recommended.. Fool me once, my bad. Try twice, I’ll certainly let folks know that this new management is certainly not what Alpio would ever approve of.. I don’t post poor reviews, unless it’s something that really needs to be told, so that other older individuals are not taken advantage of.. RWC General, do better.. My mother brought the bill down to a receptionist and showed her, which was met with Crickets.. Careful folk

Anthony is the man! Appreciated the hospitality from everyone I talked too and the quality of service as well. They were also able to get me my tires the same day. This is definitely my new go to tire shop!

Craig was a great help to work with for a custom fit tire to wheel with an ambiguous offset and sizing. The project was kind of last minute and he was able to get me the right size I needed and the project came out great! I was very excited to have it for the weekend and he turned it around very quickly! Thanks to Don I also had some of the best tacos in a while to a place down the street from there shop while I waited. Thank you! Mike.

I highly recommend Redwood General Tire to anyone who is looking for a great customer experience, professional, and affordable service. My story goes like this; Not paying attention, I hit a median and blew out both my driver side tires and broke my rims. I immediately called Redwood General Tire and started conversation with Denny. He quickly found my original rims, slightly used, very affordable price out of Southern California. My rims were immediately shipped and here in a couple days. Installed on my vehicle with new tires. Denny, patiently took more than enough time explaining the difference between tires for my vehicle and did not stop until I was comfortable with my selection. The truck went on the alignment machine, thankfully everything checked out and no further work was needed. The ease of the back-and-forth with Denny over the phone via calls and texts. The honesty of the service techs, great pricing, dealing with Anthony at the storefront the follow up call from Brooklyn a few days later to make sure I’m satisfied and my vehicle drives the way I like truly put my mind at ease and created a repeat costumer. I have full trust in Redwood General Tire. Andy G.
